11. Important notices – not professional advice or emergency service
The Services share personal experiences and general information only. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice. If you are facing an emergency or crisis, call your local emergency services (e.g., 999 in the UK) or contact appropriate crisis support immediately.
12. Third‑party links, partners and affiliates
Our Website contains links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. We may include affiliate links or sponsored content; where we do, this will be disclosed clearly. We are not a party to transactions with third parties.
13. Availability of Services
We do not guarantee that the Services, or any content on them, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability for business and operational reasons.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services and Our Website are provided “as is”. We make no representation or warranty that they will be useful, of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, or available without interruption or error. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion by contacting hello@thesharing.life.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
18. General
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
